Apple has been on sue mode and for a change it has shifted its focus from Samsung. Apple is keen to file lawsuit against the listing poster on Amazon who claimed selling iPhone 5 themes to users in $20. However, as soon as Apple raised the noise Amazon’s team hided the listing from public view and now Apple wants to teach the imposter a lesson for life. As per Apple it has not even released the new iPhone and such fraud imposters can demean the actual launch of the product. As per company’s spokesperson there is no point in releasing such misleading images or iPhone 5 themes as these are against Apple’s policies.
This has been first time that Apple, and Programming Forums, has taken the attempt from a user so seriously that it will now take a shape of a regular lawsuit. The law makers and reviewers believe that the imposter may get to face heavy fine apart from serving a jail term of minimum 2 years in US. This clearly highlights that Apple does not wants to take any chances with the iPhone 5 release and it can go extra mile in taking actions against those who demean the overall brand in any which way.
